I have registered and paid for your nbn internet services on 19 Feb, I received email to ask me to plug in my modem but I am still waiting for the modem to be delivered (there is no tracking number for me to check on). I urgently need the internet to be setup for study and wfh, please help to update my status and send me my modem asap. Thank you.
