Dear TPG
My network connection device started clicking and light flashing red after a storm yesterday - no internet.
I've had this issue before, TPG sent a technician who gave me a new network connection device and the problem was solved. How do I request the same?
I have already tried turning off and back on several times, resetting using the tiny hole in the back, leaving it off overnight then turning back on this morning - not working.
Have also checked twice and there are no outages in my area.
Please send new network connection device asap.
