Modem replacement

My modem appears to have died overnight. It’s not powering on, I’ve tried plugging to different outlets and nothing.
It’s an Arris CM8200B p2

How do I find out if it’s still in warranty? And quickly get a replacement even if I have to purchase?

Hi Tanya,
That's a HFC modem and would need to be replaced by NBN. Suggest you call Tpg support and they will help you test it and arrange a replace t or tech visit.
