Modem replacement

I’ve had issues the last couple months with my net dropping in and out often and contacted TPG however they only did tests while I was at work and closed my ticket. I’m moving within the next month and would like my new place with a fresh start so to speak.
How can I get this process sorted, I’ve done the whole troubleshooting business already. This is also a 2 year old modem that’s grown to hate me each passing day

If you're moving to a new address, we need to check first if it has the same NBN Technology as you have now. If yes, then you may need a different type of modem.
