I contacted TPG muiltiple times about closing my account.
1. Has my account/s been cancelled?
2. I have not received an email with instructions on how to return a modem. Most likely because I've changed my email address which I've notified TPG multiple times but it seems like nothing is updated.
3. I've receive a message that I will be charged for not returning the modem!
Can you help with sending me the instruction on how to return the modem and dismiss/waive that charge?
