Modem setup

I have changed over from ADSL2 to NBN. The TPG supplied modem/router does not have the coverage as my original NBN ready modem Router. I wish to setup D-Link DVA2800 modem router. I have tried several times with no success. Please provide settings for this router. The Internet light remains red. Thanks
