I have a hybrid fiber coax NBN connection and set it up last night with the NBN box and the TP link modem. It works perfectly. This morning I received a text from TPG saying ‘TPG: Your NBN service is installed but we can't see you online. For modem setup help visit link.tpg.com.au/xMoUBn.’
What should I do? Disconnect and start the whole plug in activation again? It works well so prefer to leave it alone.
