I’ve had a TPG NBN business service for several years, and I’m still using the original Huawei modem from when I was connected. I just got a second service at another address and was sent a new AC1600 modem foe the new service. Pretty sure my original modem is due for an upgrade. Could I request one be sent to me please? I tried to call support today but got bounced around 3 different teams before having to leave a message.
