Modem

Hi. Since we have moved we are having heaps of issues with connecting to our NBN. We have to constantly turn the modem of and on to connect our devices, it works for maybe 10 minutes then starts dropping in and out or just stops working at all.

I’m not sure if it’s the modem? As we bought a D-Link because the TPG supplied modem never arrived. Is there a chance of TPG sending us a modem?
