Thanks for dropping by. We provide a brand new dual-band modem router for FREE for our TPG NBN bundled 6 months and No Lock In Contract, Delivery will only cost a once off $10.00.
Alternatively, you are welcome to use your own NBN modem router. Our technical support team will be able to assist you in configuring your modem to connect to the Internet however, you will not be able to use the home phone component of your bundle.
As the Home Phone component of your bundle is encrypted for security, you will need to use our modem if you are to make and receive phone calls.
You can also opt in for BYO Modem plans.
