Hi,
I registered nbn50 but I didn't know that this plan wouldn't include a modem.
So how can I get modem?

Hi @Waiting0322

We've edited your post as it contains your account username.

Please avoid posting any account or personal information on a public thread as it may compromise your security.

We can confirm that you are under the NBN Data only BYO modem/router plan. If you have the TP-Link VR400, did you configure it with your TPG username and password?

Did you follow the configuration on this article: How to set up your TP-Link AC1200 Wireless MU-MIMO Archer VR400 BYO Modem Router for NBN?

Yes. I configured my TPG username but still can connect. Did you installed nbn for me?

We can confirm that the NBN service has been installed and the modem/router is getting a good connection speed from the NBN server.

Did you disable the VLAN ID tagging? Or set it to "0"?

Did you get the modem/router from a different provider or you purchased it?

Have you tried to factory reset the device, then reconfigure it again?

Hi @Waiting0322,

Could you post a screenshot of the modem/router's settings so we can have reference and better understand the situation,
