My internet connection keeps dropping out.
How do I get TPG to check if my modem is working ?
And does TPG provide a free replacement?

We'd like to run some tests to check if the issue is with the modem/router or the line.

 

We'll also check the warranty of the modem/router.

 

Kindly send us a PM with your TPG username or customer ID number.

Hi Basil thank you for your reply 
The internet keeps dropping out - can you do some checks to determine if the modem is faulty. 
I recently upgraded our plan to receive faster speeds which has been good but the continued dropouts is frustrating
