Modern Deteriorating

Hi TPG team,

 

I have been with TPG for over almost four years now. 

 

Over the recent months, the original modern provided (NetComm N300 - NF12) has significantly deteriorated in speed and connectivity, from the original 2.3 Mpb per second average to now a crawling 150kb.

 

That is far slower than even ADSL, it is a disaster.

 

I would like you to fix this issue by running a check on your end and if necessary, replace the modern. Due to the frustration in the last 3 months, and with just 3 months left on the contract, I am seriously considering changing the serivice provider.
