unable to use 5 GHz

Hi, before I was able to use wi-fi 5Ghz with my HG659 modem, now when I try to do it it says that the password is wrong, I haven't changed any single setting, the modem software version is:V100R001C216B013.

Is any way to update the modem software and hardware? Thank you.

The Wireless password for 5Ghz and 2.4Ghz network should not be affected by the Firmware of the mode/router.

We did an article that you may find helpful this will guide you on how to change your wireless password available here.

On the other hand, we request a firmware upgrade for your modem/router. Updates will be provided on Monday.
