I have an ArcherVR1600v modum. I’m FTTB. I don’t think I’m on NBN. Neither my iPhone or iPad can “see/link to” my internet. TPG App test says it’s on and working. These lights on my modum are Not lit:
2.4G
5G
WPS
Phone2
WAN
LAN1-4
USB
Is my modum working?

Welcome to the Community!

 

We were able to locate your account using your community details and it shows that the modem/router is online.

If the 2.4GHz and 5GHz band are not lit, then it means that the WiFi of your modem/router was disabled or turned off.

 

Look for the WLAN or WiFi button on the modem/router and press it to turn it on.
