Moving NetComm TPG router to another ISP - is it locked?

I am moving to a new ISP but I cannot work out if my current NetComm NF12 modem router will work with internet and VoIP with new ISP. Please confirm if it is locked or not. I will have same Nbn connection type with new ISP.

Our Netcom NF 12 isn't locked, if you having issue with it, pls factory reset.
