My wifi is not working after I pressed the reset button

My wifi did not work yesterday and I accidentally pressed the reset button trying to fix the situation, but it remains the same. I desperately need wifi since I work from home! Anyone can help me with this? Thanks!

Hi @tsekieran 

Since you've reset the modem/router, the WiFi network name and password goes back to default.

Are you able to detect the default WiFi name/SSID? If yes, does it ask you for the password?

If not, could you check the WLAN/WiFi symbol if it has a light or off? If off, turn it on using the WLAN/WiFi button on the modem/router.
