NBN Arris CM8200 - All lights blinking

While working from home my internet cut out and I see the NBN Arris CM8200 lights flashing.

 

Online/Power flashing green while upstream/downstream blinking blue.

I've checked multiple websites and forums and it looks like the modem is broken for an apparent reason.

 

I am currently working from home in Sydney in the pandemic and now do not have internet.

I am requesting a NBN Arris CM8200 replacement ASAP

 

I've done a power cycle, reset the modem but nothing

For customers experiencing any issues with their service, we recommend the best thing to do first is check if there's an outage.
