NBN Arris CM8200 Modem keeps cycling on/off

My NBN Arris CM8200 Modem will boot up, all Green lights, hold for about 20 seconds then the middle 2 lights flash blue, all the lights go out and oit starts again.

How do i get this replaced or can I drop it somewhere in Sydney for a replacement as I work from home and am going to need it for Monday morning.
