I've recently contacted TPG customer service to diagnose consistent slow speeds and drop outs. They've mentioned a potential need to replace my modem/router (Archer VR1600v) as its 4 years old and out of warranty.
I just wanted to know what the replacement modem/router model will be if i've requested for a purchase directly from TPG.
