Hi
I left a message here more than a month ago to cancel my Internet. I just want only home phone service. But the money is still being taken from my bank account for Internet. you may check the internet usage which I have stopped using since 29 th March 2020.I have been with you for more than 8 years and NOT on a contract.
Please stop charging me and reverse my bill amount.
I just need home phone service not internet any more.
