Hi @kmh002, thanks for getting back to us. Are you able to turn the modem off and on?

 

Wait for 15 minutes before checking if the phone is getting a dial tone.

Hi Riezl,

That will fix the problem everytime but I shouldn't have to do it every 2-5 days. TPG modems should be fit for purpose & all I am doing is answering the same old questions from different people over & over again without resolving the fault. If TPG Reps checked my account history they would note that this fault has been on going for months. Resetting modems, replacement modems etc etc... I'm paying for a service that I'm not receiving, talk about being upset....

The home phone still shows unregistered at the moment and we'd like to further look into this, @kmh002.
