NBN Modem Delivery Address

Hi,

I checked on Startrack's tracker and it says the modem has been delivered in full last week. However it has not been received at the premises.

Is there a way to check what address the modem was sent to? Obviously if someone has signed for it, it's probably now ended up in the wrong hands.
