NBN Problem

My home’s NBN is not working.
Normally there’re 4 light’s on but now I’ve got only 1 light is on and another 1 is just flashing with making clicking sound. So I can’t get any internet connection at all. Please help me.

Same thing happened here in Hillsdale NSW 2036. No internet after the thunderstorm.
Called them and got some assurances but not sure when they will fix this.
