NBN broadband is as slow as 0.15M for download

I am not a heavy internet user. But this is too slow to be accetable. Don't take me advantage just because I don't use internet too much!

Anything can do to get it at "acceptable" speed? I don't ask for the promised bandwidth. but 0.15M is just too low!

Hi @lsyca . If you are a TPG customer, use the speed test on TPG's support page. Use a computer connected by cable to the router. If only a wifi device, do the test close to the router.

What NBN plan are you on? And what connection type?
