NBN device only 2 blue lights on

Hi..
It is the first time my nbn doesn't work since installed few months ago.
It's not been working since this morning, now there are only 2 blue lights on (the power and the above the power light). I have tried to turn it off for few minutes then get it on again but still not working.
Please we need it asap.thanks
