Hi there i tried calling but i was just on hold for an hour and a half i just calling to ask what is wrong with our internet we've no internet for the past 10hrs

Based on the recent update on your account, the issue is now raised to our Engineering team after performing troubleshooting with our Technical support. Kindly allow them sometime to assess the issue but there is a possibility that a tech visit is necessary. 


We have raised this to NBN Co and is awaiting updates.
