Hi, I received the "connect your modem"SMS this afternoon. I have connected the ncd and modem as per the guide. It had been close to 40 minutes. The ncd lights were still blinking. I had removed all the old devices and tried all the phone line wall sockets.Can someone check please？Thank you.
