NBN flashing red

NBN modem flashing red. No NBN connection for the last hour but OK before that . Storms in the area (Parkwood Qld 4214) but nothing too close. No outages noted on NBN or TPG sites.. Have reset NBN modem. Same issue. Is there a problem here?
