NBN is out

Hello,
My NBN stopped this morning and is not back yet. The connection light on the FTTC device is blinking blue and after few seconds it makes a clicking sound and seems to start again. LAN and DSL lights are off. I already did everything is recommended and nothing worked.
please help!
