Need Archer VR1600v latest firmware

I currently have this firmware. I need the latest firmware and how to distribute 25mbps across 8 wireless devices in my home. Please advice. Appreciate it. 

I have this.

Hardware version : Archer VR1600v v2 00000000

I heard that you guys can push the latest firmware to the modem as the TP-Link guys said I need to get the custom firmware from your TPG team. Please update how can I update the latest firmware.

Have you guys pushed the latest firmware to my modem. Please push it asap and advice what should be done from my side to get it updated. You mean there is no need to download and install physically on to the device and you can do it from your end ? Please advice.
