The order was in progress, which was advised earlier by our support team. The update that the adapter was shipped out came later.
This might be a misunderstanding as they've advised to purchase an adapter if you need the service to work as soon as possible.
The billing cycle hasn't started as we are still waiting for the NBN NTD box to be online.
