Need new modem asap

My modem was barely working over last few days. Signal dropping out and even when standing next to there is very low signal.
I have asked for new modem but am not being given specific time frames. I need one ASAP
I cannot stress enough the fact that I work from home and work on a commission basis. All of my work is online. Without internet I will be without work. And am already losing money due to the problems so far.
I need it asap and am not getting answers.
I have tried repeatedly calling TPG today. No number is working, they all cut me off or hang up immediately. Calls to other numbers work fine so my mobile phone service is not the issue.
I need help ASAP

We're sad to know that you're having issues with the Wi-Fi connection of your modem/router. We're able to locate an account using your community details and we've seen that you have been in contact with one of our Technician yesterday and advised the details of the Brand new modem/router.
