We tried to locate your account using your community details to no avail.
You may try to turn Off and On the WLAN/WiFi via the button on the modem or else, have your Laptop connected via Wired/Ethernet cable in order to access the modem page to change the settings.
If it's still not working, then the final step is to reset the modem to its default.
