How to Unhide SSID?

I’ve done something silly. While changing SSID passwords, I ticked ‘hide SSID’ thinking it would hide the password (not the actual network completely). Both networks have now disappeared and I’m unable to connect via laptop or mobile, or even access the admin page. Can you please advise how I can untick these boxes and get my networks back?

We tried to locate your account using your community details to no avail.

You may try to turn Off and On the WLAN/WiFi via the button on the modem or else, have your Laptop connected via Wired/Ethernet cable in order to access the modem page to change the settings.

If it's still not working, then the final step is to reset the modem to its default.
