After many years with you and with this modem, it finally up and died. After contacting customer service I was told that I would need to resign onto an 18 month contract to be given a new modem. Seems very unfair after the last contract just expired and on that new NBN contract i was not given a new modem- told to stay with the netcomm one which was already 5 years old at the time. Is this information correct?
