Been on the phone for 40 minutes trying to sort out why my wi-fi is so poor. Was advised to purchase new modem for $100 via TPG. Transferred again to another person, phone reception was terrible, chickens cackling in the background etc. Phone call dropped out and no return call. We need to organise a new modem but this is too hard. Why would TPG not try to call the customer back if the phone drops out? Why don't they recognise bad reception and fix it? Can you please advise how we can order a new modem online. The phone seems far to difficult and time consuming! Help please
