Get online support
Hi all - I have 5G Home Broadband Max and recently my download speed has dramatically reduced to 50 Mbps even during off-peak times. A closer inspection of the Nokia modem/router shows that I'm no longer getting the '5G' light on the top of the unit. The unit has been in the same place for the past 12 months. My best guess is that the modem/router has a fault, so far I've tried:
After logging into the default gateway, I can see that the '5G Link Status' is 'Disconnected (RSRP: NA)'. The 4G LTE is fine which explains why my speeds are so slow (see attachment).
Assistance is most appreciated.
