Get online support
I'm trying to connect my internet but the green internet light still off.
I plugged in all the cables between my nbn box (all 4 lights on) and my modem (Archer Vr1600v) but the internet light is still off. What should I do?

I've managed to search your account using your Community profile and run some remote tests on your account and I don't see any line issues that can affect your service. However, I've noticed that we're not able to detect your connectivity.
