After power is restored from an outage my modem and phone never work (power light flashes on modem). I call TPG and usually have to wait over 24 hours for a technician to come to fix it. Only became an issue after we got the VR1600v, but it occurs every time after a power outage and cannot be resolved over the phone. Anyone else with a similar issue?
