I would love to help see the status of the NBN installation and raise this to our NBN provisioning at the same time. To better understand the situation, shoot me a private message with your account details (Username/Customer ID together with the address on file).
I've recently moved in to a new property in Keilor East. My landlord claims the property has never been connected to the NBN and there does not seen to be an NBN box present on the property. However, NBN Co. lists the property as connected to the NBN. How do I go about getting connected?
