No NBN connection FTTC connection device making clicking noise

My internet was perfect until 24 hours ago. There was a storm and now I have no internet connection. The FTTC device has a red connection light and is making a clicking noise. I have checked for outages and there appear to be none. I have tried to reset the device..no luck.
I have followed the trouble shooting on the tpg site and still no connection. Can this be looked at please.
