I received modem, however, no NDC provided with it and hence cannot connect to NBN. Can you please check why NDC is not yet provoded and how soon I will ge it?

I have received NCD today and followed all steps as in conenction guide and been waiting for more than an hour but seems it is not configured/conencted. Can someone check?
Sorry for the late reply. I can see you have already called in and we have booked an NBN visit for the 9th of June.
