Thanks for the quick reply. QoS is needed because the router, by default, does not fairly split the bandwidth. I have multiple people at home downloading and uploading massive amount of data for work, which interferes with video conference.

 

I have been a long time TPG customer and just recently moved and stayed with TPG. Please, is it possible to reach engineers for a firmware with QoS?
