No connection since yesterday morning power surge

Severe storms that hit Victoria on Thursday night has impacted our fixed and mobile services in parts of Melbourne and regional Victoria due to power outages.


Where available and safe to do so, we continue to deploy generators to priority sites as power recovers throughout the day and until power is restored to all sites.


I've managed to locate your account using your Community details and we're glad to know that your service is now up and running. 


For reference, if you're experiencing connection issues with their service, we recommend the best thing to do first is check if there's an outage.
