No dns server

I can not get any internet. Out of last week I have absolutely no internet for at least four days. Our business is suffering. I can even not even hot spot my phone speed is so slow

Thanks for reaching out. I was able to locate your account using your community details. I've seen that your service is on ADSL-Offnet. I ran initial tests and it shows not connected to our Network.

I'd like to confirm if you have an active phone line at the moment or if your home phone is working fine, As ADSL-Offnet requires an active phone line to work.
