Get online support

No internet after storm

The NBN box has a flashing red light and we have no connection. I have checked for network outage and none are reported in my area. I have also tried power cycling the box and modem a few times after waiting 5 minutes each time. Please help asap.

If your service is not affected by an outage, then a possible network or line fault has affected it.

Please send me a PM with your TPG username or customer ID number to run some tests to confirm it and raise it to our Engineering team if needed.
