Get online support

No internet connection

From yesterday, i lost the internet connection suddenly. When I access the modem, the page shows that there is no internet connection and modem is working correctly. There has been no nbn outage at least since yesterday and the light for the connection from the set top box on the wall is green. I can't reach TPG customer support. Please see photos and help me to fix this issue.

We checked the photo you attached and noticed that it says the WAN port is unplugged.

Are you able to check and make sure that the Ethernet cable connecting the modem/router to the NBN NTD box is firmly connected?


Have you tried rebooting both devices as well? If not, please try it first.
