No internet

Internet is not working.
Can find WiFi but internet not connecting.
Tried turning off and unplugging for 60+ seconds. Tried reset. No NBN outage according to the site. Tried to phone support but after nearly an hour on hold the line cut off 😩
Any suggestions?

Hi I am also getting same issue in Maylands 6051. Calling TPG support for 2 hours they are not answering
