No internet

I have had no internet connection for about 2.5 hours.
I have turned modem on and off, unplugged the power cord and tried using an ethernet cable, all with no success. Chat and phone support is currently not available due to the high call volume.

I have created a fault for one of our engineers and they should contact you within 24-48hrs.

It looks like a telstra line issue on your ADSL2+ service.
